Service Description

Declytic Auth provides customer identity and access management (CIAM) services, including authentication, authorization, and user management features for multi-tenant SaaS applications.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
• Paying all fees associated with your use of the service

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

Fees and Payment

Fees are based on your selected plan and usage. You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing terms in effect at the time the charges are incurred. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Declytic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
