What is a Monthly Active User (MAU)?
A MAU is any user who signs up or signs in during a calendar month. Same definition as Descope. Each unique user is counted once per month, regardless of how many times they authenticate.
How do overages work?
If you exceed your plan limits, you'll be charged overage fees based on your plan tier. For example, on the Starter plan, additional MAUs are $0.03 each, extra tenants are $0.50 each, and M2M token exchanges are $1 per 1,000 over the plan limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
