Metering Definition
Monthly Active Users (MAU): A user who signs up or signs in during a calendar month. This matches Descope's definition. Each unique user is counted once per month, regardless of the number of authentication events.

- Growth: MAU $0.025/each, Tenant $0.50/each, M2M $1 per 1,000 exchanges
- Scale: MAU $0.015/each, Tenant included (unlimited), M2M $1 per 1,000 exchanges

Billing Details
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Annual plans offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing
- Overages are calculated at the end of each billing period and billed in arrears
- Payment is processed via Stripe
- All plans include automatic billing and invoice generation
Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Prorated credits are applied for mid-cycle upgrades
